Why sponsor the United Conference?
We FacetoFace we believe that youth deserve excellent ministry. Running a conference with excellence as a our standard is financially taxing. In order to keep costs at an affordable rate for participants we look for sponsors, such as yourself.
Benefits to sponsors:
Sponsorship is different than donating. Rather than a tax receipt, organizations receive a variety of benefits such as: screen advertising, program advertising, participant passes, spoken thank you, and being prayed for.

FacetoFace Ministries desires to keep all participants safe at United. We will be following any protocols set out by the health authorities in Saskatchewan.
Mandatory Masks: As of Sept 17, all participants need to wear masks at the conference and every indoor public place in Saskatchewan.
- Anyone who has a mask exemption needs to provide a copy of it to FacetoFace in advance of the conference so we are aware. Exemptions need to include the name of the individual to whom the written confirmation of exemption applies; the name of the issuing health professional; the telephone number of the issuing health professional; the signature of the issuing health professional; and the date the written confirmation was provided (Sept 22 Health Order, Section 4f).
What about meals? Knowing we are bringing together youth from different parishes and locations we are taking extra care around meals to reduce risks. Saturday lunch will eaten outside. Any snacks will be eaten outside. The conference will break for Saturday supper; participants are expected to eat off site on their own. Sunday lunch will be given as a to go meal. Essentially, no food will be eaten inside at the conference to avoid unnecessary mask removal.
Group Size? There are no restrictions around the size of the event or social distancing.
Proof of vaccination? After consulting the government, the Diocese of Saskatoon, and Holy Family Cathedral, the United Conference does not need a proof of vaccination. This is because the retreat is happening in a 'place of worship' and serves or aids the life of the church.
Anything else? Our mindset is keep people safe rather than simply do the bare minimum. Thus, there are little tweaks throughout the conference, like single use items instead of everyone touching the same thing. Also, hand sanitizing will be strongly encouraged with many stations throughout the conference.
If any changes to these restrictions occur before United will be updating this section and notifying participants.
